Position Overview

We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on driving customer acquisition, optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer retention, and increasing revenue. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative strategies that fuel our company's growth while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning:

Develop, implement, and refine growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and optimize key initiatives.

Growth Tools & Systems Ownership:

Identify, evaluate, and optimize technology vendors and platforms.
Work closely with the development team to integrate and manage low-code/no-code systems, including CRMs, lead distribution tools, and data analytics platforms.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Design and execute campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers across digital and offline channels.
Optimize marketing efforts to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of growth strategies.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Partner with marketing, sales, data analytics, and operations teams to align efforts.
Foster a cohesive approach to achieving business growth objectives.

Experimentation & Innovation:

Test, iterate, and scale new ideas while managing risk and resources effectively.
Maintain a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or a related role within a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention.
Experience in growth marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Travel & Office Requirements

Minimal travel required (0-10%).
Office-based position.
