We are seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy **Social Media & Marketing Manager** to help grow our real estate brand and drive qualified leads. This role blends content creation, social media strategy, lead generation, and client engagement. Ideal for someone with real estate marketing experience—or a passion and willingness to learn quickly—this is a high-impact role where your creativity and initiative can shine.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
* Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories) to drive traffic and engagement
* Run and manage Facebook Ads and boosted posts to generate and nurture leads
* Use CRM software (Go High Level) to track and follow up with leads and clients
* Assist with real estate sales and marketing campaigns from idea to execution
* Monitor metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals
* Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
* Stay up to date with industry trends and social media algorithm changes
### **Required Qualifications**
* 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
* _(Real estate experience a plus, but not required)_
* Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
* Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and basic ad strategy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
* Willingness to learn Go High Level CRM if not already familiar
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or lead generation
* Knowledge of Go High Level CRM
* Basic understanding of real estate sales funnel and client journey
* Video editing or short-form video (TikTok/Reels) creation skills
