NVelUp, a mental health care company that helps patients achieve wellness and mental stability through a holistic approach, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT). This is a remote, contract position.
Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to patients
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients
Provide crisis management services as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress
Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals as part of patient care
