We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Inside Medicare Sales Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in guiding individuals through their Medicare options, ensuring they find the perfect healthcare solutions for their unique needs.

What You'll Do:

Become a Trusted Advisor: Engage with potential clients via phone, providing expert guidance on Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans.
Empower Clients: Help clients understand their options and confidently choose the plans that best fit their healthcare requirements.
Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Leverage our advanced lead generation system to identify and connect with qualified prospects.
Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and peace of mind.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest Medicare regulations and product offerings.

What You'll Bring:

Valid Health Insurance License: (or a strong willingness to obtain one).
Insurance Sales Experience: Experience in insurance sales, ideally within the Medicare sector, is highly valued.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Trust and Rapport: Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport with clients over the phone.
Self-Motivation and Goal-Orientation: A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving goals.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other technology tools to manage leads and sales.
Medicare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare products and regulations is a significant advantage.
