Run needs analyses to match plans to healthcare and budget goals; focus on retention.
Follow CMS rules at every step (SOA, disclosures, recordings, documentation).
Manage your pipeline end-to-end and collaborate with a supportive remote team.
2+ years selling Medicare Advantage (including 2 AEP seasons ).
Proven integrity, client retention, and compliance track record.
Strong communication and follow-through; self-starter who needs no hand-holding.
Tech-comfortable and organized in a remote setup.
Active health/Medicare license (in good standing).
AHIP 2026 certification.
Signed release form.
Reliable computer + stable internet for remote work.
