Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved efficiently and safely. Hours: Two 2nd shifts (10A-6:30P and 11:30a- 8PM)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety in handling materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish & English

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid forklift operator certification.

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
