We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage communication with content creators (UGC pipeline) while supporting various e-commerce tasks. This role has the potential to grow, with the opportunity to eventually train future content managers and take on additional company responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee communication with User-Generated Content (UGC) creators .
Coordinate content submissions and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Provide support for e-commerce operations, such as product listings, order tracking, and customer service.
Assist in developing efficient workflows and maintaining organized records.
Train and guide future content managers as the team expands.
Prior experience in e-commerce (required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Structured, hardworking, and family-oriented mindset for long-term dedication.
