Responsibilities:
- Confirm patient identity and exam verification before initiating scans.
- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.
- Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures.
- Insert IVs as needed.
- Position patients safely, including those with limited mobility.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC, including image identification and transfer to PACS.
- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- New York State licensure (must be obtained before starting).
- Two years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Injection certification (willingness to obtain during orientation).
- Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment.
- Epic experience.
Special Considerations:
- Weekend overnight shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 pm - 7:30 am).
- Holiday work required.
- On-call and callback responsibilities as needed.
- 17-week contract position.

- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
