Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging internal and external communications. This position requires strong writing and project coordination skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and message management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit internal communications, newsletters, employee updates, and official announcements

• Draft client-facing correspondence, press releases, and project summaries

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure message alignment and delivery timelines

• Maintain brand voice and tone across all communication materials

• Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide meetings, presentations, and documents

• Monitor communications performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Support executive team with speechwriting and presentation materials as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional communications or administrative role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Experience working in real estate, corporate services, or consulting is a plus
