We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Social Worker to join our team as a Surrogacy Journey Case Manager, guiding families, surrogates, and medical partners with compassion, expertise, and professionalism.

You’re a Fit If You Have: - Current LMSW or LCSW license (required)
- 4+ years’ experience in social work, labor & delivery, or reproductive health (excluding internships)
- Experience in surrogacy, adoption, or fertility services is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Comfort with digital tools, case management software, and virtual communication
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support clients in different time zones
- Ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds
What You’ll Do: As a Surrogacy Journey Case Manager, you will:
- Manage the full surrogacy process – from initial match to postpartum support.
- Educate and guide intended parents and surrogates at each stage.
- Serve as the primary contact for surrogates, intended parents, clinics, attorneys, and counselors.
- Proactively communicate to address questions, resolve challenges, and keep everyone informed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
