Description

Graphite is searching for full & part time fine dining bartenders. Looking for motivated individuals with outgoing personalities, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt with an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
• Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests
• Prepare beverage orders for bar and dining areas, adhering to signature recipes
• Follow Graphite Steps of Service
• Accurately enter guest orders into POS system
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
• Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Keep the work environment clean and presentable
• Maintain a positive demeanor during service
• Promote safety for oneself, co-workers, and guests
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2-year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant operation
• In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong cash handling skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Problem-solving skills and service recovery capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs
• Collaborative mindset to work cohesively with co-workers
• Passion for hospitality and the food & beverage industry
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Team player with a passion for hospitality
