Advanced Enterprise Architect
LaSalle Network is hiring for an Advanced Enterprise Architect to join a growing architecture team that’s helping evolve a forward-thinking financial institution. This isn’t your average enterprise architecture role—we’re building something new, maturing our strategy, and reimagining how architecture aligns across the business. If you’re a systems thinker with a knack for governance, data, and influencing outcomes at the executive level, this is your runway.

This is a hybrid role (2–3 days onsite) where you'll work directly with leadership and peers across a 20+ person architecture community. From shaping governance processes to reviewing strategic solutions via brand-new tools like Orbis and ServiceNow Architecture, your fingerprints will be all over our architecture evolution. The right person is a communicator, not just a techie—and someone who sees the big picture.

Advanced Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:

• Participate in reviewing and guiding enterprise architecture submissions using Orbis tools
• Lead and manage architectural governance meetings weekly, biweekly, and quarterly with executive stakeholders
• Analyze lifecycle data for software and hardware with a data-informed lens
• Contribute to IT strategy alignment and act as a key voice in organizational transformation
• Identify strengths and gaps across the architecture function to support team development
• Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to long-term outcomes

Advanced Enterprise Architect Requirements:

• Experience working in or alongside an enterprise architecture function (entry-level EA exposure accepted)
• Familiarity with TOGAF or ArchiMate frameworks (certification not required—training available)
• Strong communication skills and executive presence; ability to ask questions and translate outcomes
• Comfortable with hybrid work (1–3 days onsite); self-starter who thrives with flexibility
• Experience in governance, architecture tools (especially Orbis or ServiceNow), or IT strategy is a plus
