About the Role
We're looking for experienced accountants to join our team! You'll be involved in high-level accounting tasks, including financial statement analysis and providing outsourced controller services to clients in Indiana and beyond. As part of our team, you'll get to work on diverse and interesting projects with a range of clients, including nonprofits, businesses, schools, and government agencies. We're known for our variety of work and the challenges that come with it!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements
Oversee general ledger functions
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Handle full-cycle accounting tasks
Provide controller-type services for clients across various industries
Enjoy learning and tackling new accounting challenges regularly
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must-Have Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a General Ledger position with a full range of accounting functions
Strong ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
Nice-to-Have Experience:

Experience working with nonprofit organizations
