About The Role

Telos Media is looking for a skilled 2D Moho Animator to join our creative team and help bring engaging stories to life. We create high-quality, entertaining, and impactful animated content that reaches millions of viewers across YouTube, social media, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate full-length or short-form YouTube videos, aligned with the creative vision and tone of the channel.
• Apply visual storytelling techniques to simplify and enhance historical, political, and geopolitical themes.
• Work from scripts or storyboards to animate scenes, characters, and transitions.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, and Voice Talent to ensure cohesion between visual and narrative elements.
• Take feedback and iterate quickly to improve quality and performance.
• (Preferred) Create original backgrounds to accompany animations.
• Proactively troubleshoot animation issues and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends and audience preferences to help evolve the visual style of our videos.

Qualifications

• You have experience writing for animated YouTube channels or digital video content, ideally with proven success in audience engagement. If you don't have experience in this space yet, you are capable of researching and learning the differences in YouTube animation pacing, script style/format and adapt accordingly.
• Familiarity with Moho animation software is a must.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production cycle.
• Takes pride in output and is constantly looking for ways to improve both quality and performance.
• Excellent communicator who knows how to ask the right questions and proactively address creative challenges.
• You communicate clearly and proactively within a team and know how to take feedback and run with it.
